- Service Agreement
- Clients must provide accurate project details before initiation.
- Installation or service dates are tentative and may vary due to site conditions or external delays.
- All equipment provided will be as per the agreed specification in the quotation or contract.
- Pricing & Payments
- All pricing is exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
- A minimum advance of 40–50% is required before project commencement.
- Remaining payment is due upon completion or as per installment terms.
- Warranty & AMC
- Equipment warranties are valid only under conditions of proper use and scheduled maintenance.
- Clients opting for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) will receive priority support and discounted services.
- Unscheduled or unauthorized repairs void any existing warranty.
- Liability
- Metro Safety Elevators is not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure, client-side delays, or third-party acts.
- Any physical modifications done post-installation without our approval will void all service obligations.
- Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Metro Safety Elevators and cannot be reproduced without prior permission.
- Dispute Resolution
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
